May 20th – June 9th

June 8th
Kind of ironic that my tent flooded my last night in Ohio, and now Indiana. I guess it's a new tradition. 😛 A really, really crummy tradition born out of idiocy that I plan to put a permanent stop to.

June 5th
Sun set before I could reach my campground. Crapping my pants from the Mediterranean last night and taking far too long to change Faith's tires might of had something to do with it.

June 4th
Wendy's employee gave me a free drink and Frosty! Got a few wide-eyed looks for my "Walk Across America" sign

June 3rd
A woman whose house I happened to past by brought me out dinner! (Then she feared I was a missing woman and came looking for me later, hahaha)

June 3rd
Won't be sleeping here tonight, but I can't help but admire a good stealth camping spot when I see one

May 30th
Occasionally, a sweet stray dog will follow me for half a mile or so. This being one of those times. 😛

May 29th
A local church in Galena, Indiana, allowed me to pitch my tent on their patio for the night, and their receptionist went out of her way to get me dinner! God bless

May 28th
Mark, an ADT enthusiast, stopped by my campsite at Deam Lake to interview me for his YouTube Channel-HooBilly Indiana's the Video Stump. He also treated me to pizza!

May 26th
A creek filled to the BRIM with catfish. Attached a piece of Vienna sausage to my fishing pole and they didn't pay it any attention

May 24th
The Indiana Bat, an endangered species native to the state, calls Brough's Tunnel at Clifty Falls State park home

May 23rd
A thunderstorm blows through-two different Moms stop me within 5 minutes to corral me to safety 😛

May 22nd
The sun's setting and I don't have a place to stay -sigh- but I find a moment's delight in my shadow following me around

May 21st
Luckily the construction workers allowed me to pass by while they were re-paving the road. The new pavement sizzled and was sticky underfoot.

May 21st
Turtle shell; Faith's new hat for the day. My urge to collect knick-knacks from along the side of the road is strong. 😛
